We currently use Podio, but we hired a developer to customize it further, tailoring it more closely to our systems and processes.If you are just starting out, you could use the basic Podio template and continue customizing it over time.

I would like to read some reviews, however, before i decide on a system.

Hello fellow real estate agents and investors,I am in the market to purchase a customer relationship manager (CRM) platform for my growing real estate business and am curious if anyone has personalized feedback on the platform you are using/have used?

It has become so big that customer support is almost nonexistent unless you pay for the highest tier of pricing.

Hi Heather, I just completed their coaching program (virtually due to COVID), and I found the instructors Mark and Ron genuinely love to teach real estate and give you a lot of course information as well to review besides the classroom instruction.

It's not really true loyalty program it's actually more a way to verify their underwriting and get more and more comfortable with you as a client/customer.  

So, now that you’re on here boasting about all your success I’m here to bring you back down to earth and share my review of living at two of your properties. 

Once docs are prepared i would budget $2500 for attorney review etc. which should be more than plenty.
