Especially as men get older and gH, testosterone, etc depresses and weight gain (especially in the visceral/lower back area for men) becomes easier and it becomes harder to lose.

Right now, I don’t have a lot of cash, but I am looking to get financing on multis, single, or raw land zoned for r2 and above near the theme parks, winter garden, Davenport, Kissimmee, no more than 160-180k I also am looking for referrals to property managers for when I do acquire more, as well as legit handy men/ contractors.

I think both men are geniuses in their own right but one is not all right and the other wrong.

my only slight variation is we build new home communities and we are one of the few that will deal with VA loans.. my wife and I believe we owe it to our service men and women to allow them to use those loans even though they are more time consuming for us.. but on the new construction the inspections are no more daunting on older homes it can be a challenge.. 

I am capable of handling my own business but it definitnely seems like men respect and will respond to other men better than women. 

I used to wear a pixie cut, so I went many years without men bothering me at all, but I would prefer not to return to that. 

Our occupancy is around 100 days.We have set up our "Team" with a good cleaning lady and a couple local handy men. 

Be careful what you post on Biggerpockets, there are old men on here who love tearing wholesalers apart instead of giving sound advice.
