This is true, but the REA is depending on more than the REI for their income.  

Welcome to BP @Timothy Farrell make sure you check out the podcasts, your local REAI's and the great info and advise in the forums. 

A REA is usually very knowledgeable about homeowners, and their financing, but few have a clue what a REI wants and needs. 

I checked and there is a REAI group in Orlando meeting TONIGHT! 

Also come visit up at the local REAI's.

REAI meetings are around but few and far between.

Do all the REAI meetings cost 25 in your area?
