Hi Everyone,

I am new to the Bigger Pockets community and just wanted to take a few minutes to introduce myself. I am really looking forward to learning from everyone, and sharing my insight as well. Currently, I own one rental property in South Tampa, that started out as my primary residence.

However, over the past few years I have had to relocate for my day job. First, to Boston, and now to Dallas, where I currently reside. Until recently, I had a long-time tenant, who is also a good friend, residing at the property and also helping to maintain it for me.

However, she is moving out soon, so I will be in the market for a property manager most likely. I would prefer to manage the property myself, but being several states away right now and still having a day job would make it very tough to do.

I am looking to invest more in the Tampa area in the near future, to generate more passive income for my family. I can't wait to share ideas and insight, and learn from all of you as well!

Regards,

Kevin Page
