I'm a mobile power systems technician by trade, which is mostly generators, but also do solar, wind, home, standby and remote.

I've bought and sold a few houses since 1980 that were purchased in some creative ways. It's time to sell again and I want to get updated with the industry. In particular whats working in the Seminole heights area of Tampa.

I'm here to learn but I can offer general advice to any who are considering

using alternate energy sources on rentals.

I'm interested in selling using a 203k loan.At the same time I would like to find a home to buy.I'm finding info on the loans and the contractors but not much on agents.
