One of the locks got a little stiff after I used it for a while during rehab; a local locksmith recommended and sold me a can of "Tri Flow" spray lubricant, and that cleared it up.Most hardware stores won't duplicate the keys for commercial locks like this.

I had a double lock on the gated entrance, and of course they only rekeyed one, and the other was left with the original lock and no key for it so its useless unless I have a locksmith come out and change it.

Call a random local locksmith, locks that do this are pretty common, they'll know exactly what you need.You could put a timer and a door position switch on the lock to make a sounder go off if it's open more than 20 seconds.
