A members only situation but instead of the 80s jacket it's now an Apple Watch lol.  

That is, in my opinioin, the most organic way of doing it because they have offered thier help to you rather than you tugging at their jackets for help.

Contact folks in tax sale - yep - go knock on their door - your competition won't be doing that.Dress well - a good suit or sport jacket - tie or nice open collar shirt - a shine on your shoes and a well groomed face, and hands.
