Hello all!

My name is Nick Claytor and I am a new investor in the Atlanta area. Raised in Atlanta I am a former Georgia Tech Yellow Jacket (THWG!!)

My goals moving forward are to find affordable properties to buy and renovate. I am looking along developing areas in Atlanta, mostly West and South Atlanta. I am actively learning everyday and wish to network with people who have experienced starting out! I joined BP because it is a wealth of knowledge, I hope to grow in the community. Currently I have a strong financial backing for investing..with great power comes great responsibility!
