This instills a significant sense of investment in these homes.If habitat is rehabbing 10 houses on one block in a flurry of activity, I would definitely consider buying one of the distressed houses on the same block and rehabbing it.  

They instilled confidence that my systems when up and running should be functioning properly.

There are people out there that need your help you need to find them (Marketing) and get infant of them and solve there problems  instilling  certainty for them (Sales).If you have decent leads/deals I can connect you with a friend of mine that might be able to JV some deals with you.  

If there is anything I have to thank those Fraudsters for, it’s instilling in me a healthy dose of skepticism.
