Parks with POH on them

What would be the reason for selling a POH to a current renter? If you are already renting the home to a park resident, why would you sell it for the same payment or slightly higher over a few years?

Zero out or lower your repair and maintenance costs, loose the calls for a leaky toilet, broken lock, broken window or my AC quit working and no insurance cost to you. Generally just makes your life a little less stressed and instills a pride of ownership mentality on your residents.
