I have deals in Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino County's just keep looking....... deals are like needles in hay stacks, your going to have to move a lot of hay to find a needle.

You never want to over pay for a property because finding an end buyer to sell it too will be a needle in a hay stack (with no needle)

Out of 30+ returned call I had finally found a needle in a hay stack, the seller whom returned my called was the daughter of the title holder which who had passed away 2 years ago.

Doing it this way you are analyzing 1000's of properties at the same time.Instead of looking for a needle in a haystack, you should be looking for stacks of needles.
