Writing 100 offers per month

It's been explained to me that REI is a numbers game, and writing lots of offers is part of that. One strategy was to aim to write around 100 offers every month or two.

My question is: Wouldn't a Realtor get tired of me asking them to write offers all day every day for just 1 deal to come through?

Yes, but possibly no. Let me explain. I am a realtor. I have worked with investors. A good realtor will be able to flush out whether or not you are a serious investor or someone who says they are an investor but won't ever do a deal.

I would gladly take on a serious investor as long as they were putting in offers that actually had a chance. If you're writing 100 offers at 50% of list price (or otherwise unrealistic) all the time then you are wasting my time. If you are writing offers that are serious but of course take into account what you need in the property I can respect that. It more than likely will not take 100 offers to make something stick if you are writing solid offers.
