His name was Wally Fuller.To this day I do not know how he had the foresight to do this.  

A realtor might walk you through it for a flat fee, the ones around here are very protective of "their" 6% but one with foresight might see future business and work with you.

Not just the savings, but also the foresight to purchase the home you're living in and renting out partial and getting the principal paydown from roommates.  

Depends on the foresight the builder had.We've encountered  20-unit buildings where water was carried to all floors with a single riser which, in turn, fed a 1" trunk line on each floor.
