Of course you need to make certain you can put a sign on it - but even a "lot for sale" sign and then under it an advertisement for whatever you do - seems worth it.If I could buy a lot, in a heavily populated area, for $435 - I would scoop it up if I could put a sign or banner on it.Things to consider:1.

Sized to cover the contact information on your existing sign, print your contact information and overlay the generic stuff.When I was licensed, I would take one of the office's generic signs, or even the custom signs of long gone realtors, and overlay my name and phone on the sign.Another method would be to use a banner.
