My stupid question - unless you are a realtor - yard signs

I've been mostly working with investors and I'm starting to get my first listings, goes on the market next week. My company provides yard signs, but they are not branded to me or customized in any way. They also cost about $40-45 I can't remember. I'm looking to get customized signs for me.

Didn't realize these things were so complicated. From figuring out the right size to 18 x 24 or 24 x 24 etc. from the various types of material. Cost is also an issue. Any ideas or any sources.

This type of discussion is much more suited on Active Rain, but I thought I'd post here because it's a forum versus a blog. Any help appreciated.
