What I do is click "Dashboard" in the upper right, click "Forum" just below that, and select "My Posts" from the drop-down menu.

I know someone contacted me yesterday for example, but all the user name says is George, when I accept it goes and hides someplace and I end up back on the dashboard page in forums.

We examined this issue extensively and decided that it wasn't something that could be implemented in a manner that would have any value.That said, you can quickly and easily see all forum posts from any user by going to:http://www.biggerpockets.com/posts/user/USERNAMEMost power users of the site typically keep an eye on their dashboard forum feed to see those topics that have come up of interest to them, or if interested in a particular user, go to the page with all their posts.That all said, if the brain trust here has some kind of solution to the forum issue I described above, I'm more than happy to listen.Thanks for the post -- I tried to answer as best I could.

Most groups will give you rates/ballpark trying to secure your business. 2) Use the free Rentalizer tool on Airdna, rabbu, alltherooms, etc. and just underwrite your deals with a lower projected revenue amount. 3) MY FAVORITE - Use Pricelabs market dashboard, you can type in a specific location and then expand 50KM around that location. you can filter a ton of key data (hottub, lakefront, bedrooms, baths, # of reviews, revenue etc) into an excel sheet and then take averages, medians, etc.

Hey Ryan Dossey - if you are referring to the "Followed Discussions" tab on your Dashboard - that is suppose to be a "forever scrolling" page.
