We are finding it difficult to quantify into words how much salt our plowing company should be doing.

How do you quantify a negative social media profile? 

Preliminary plans can be produced without having to give up your firstborn child by making sure that you set the scope of services for the planner and civil engineer to include only the work needed to initially quantify the site and hard costs.

I understand that may be the wrong question to ask as they obviously provide many other benefits than just saving on taxes but it seems to be the most quantifiable point to ask first.

I am wondering how to quantify something like that and bake it into the decision making process.

I'm not sure we can quantify the affects this may have on the economy in general.

Spreadsheets will only take you so far, execution needs to be part of the calculation, and that is a variable that’s tough to quantify.
