When you see it from outside, now there is a massive stain in the vinyl siding that comes from the second floor, and it smells terrible like pee.In the second floor there is a tenant that I inherited and has a giant dog.

Take the carpet out, and any ruined tile or vinyl. 

This theft had to take a while and might have been done by someone who had training in the Electrical Trade.No Hop-head Dope Fiend is going to know to cut the PVC raceways and how to cut (multi-Family) power to avoid being an Extra Crispy Criminal.And just knowing what to take, and being prepared to remove it--correct tools, correct cutters, seems like specialized knowledge.This to me does not seem like theft of copper wire, but theft of specific components that will be used in the Trade on new construction.And the renters did not notice their power was cut, and come out and have a look, and Management and Maintenance did not see this happening?

I prefer vinyl floor planks (I think this is what I have in my house) because my knees hurt with tiles. 4.

The other option, in my opinion, would be either vinyl tile type product or water resistant composite flooring both of these options will not last as long as ceramic tiles.

I’m having the darnest time finding a simple handyman. the prices that the contractor gives me is such a rough estimate lol they haven’t even asked me for measurements or whatever. 10k for a click vinyl floor?
