In response to Mr Ramsey's quote, assuming I'm understanding it correctly and it's meant to be "sail" not "sale" (if it is "sale" it may be some sort of play on words that's going over my head), I think the partners that started companies like Edison Electric, Warner Bros, Hewlett-Packard, McDonald’s, Microsoft, Apple and Google might have a few things to say.  

The tech industry is booming like crazy with Amazon, Microsoft and other players.  

Ironically, I'm sitting there finishing up a sample document for a 5-figure audit and getting stuck on Microsoft Word's damn formatting issues.

Second Strategy: I am working to create a, " I Buy Houses, Home Solutions" flyer advertisment on, Microsoft Word, that I am going to print out on bright colored paper then deliver the papers to every house in the 2 hottest neighborhoods in my city and deliver more to 3 known neighborhoods close to home hoping to generate some leads and get some offers made and the ball rolling.I was looking to get some insight on these tactics and whether or not they might have worked for anyone in the past.

When you're a success, their tone will change and they'll start saying they believed in you the entire time.When Bill Gates left Harvard University to start Microsoft, I am willing to bet there were many people that told him he was crazy.

For actually sending out letters, input everything into excel, and then use microsoft office's "mail merge" feature to merge the applicable house / contact information into your letters.
