I've owned my own business for years but I've gotten into tough times and I'm thinking about switching over and doing this. However I don't have access to a lot of money just enough for marketing. Do I have to have a lot of money in order to wholesale deals and do this business successfully question?  I'm just concerned that I'll find good deals but did not have the money to make them happen. Thanks ahead of time for your help and encouragement

I'm echoing what @ messaging @Account Closed above said - I really think that you can have a lot of success just using google earth and your County's online zoning information & interactive map (if there is one for your county - for instance, in LA, we have ZIMAS). For actually sending out letters, input everything into excel, and then use microsoft office's "mail merge" feature to merge the applicable house / contact information into your letters.
