What’s your first move?

Many DSCR programs require an investor to have a mortgage history- there are some DSCR mortgage programs that will work with investors who are renting- some refer to them as first time home buyers (FTHBs)- DSCR loans are only for investment properties where the owner isn't living there. 

Island time is a real thing. 

It is important to get some good reviews off of your first stays.

Like you said , anyone can check the history,  I do have cameras installed and I do check twice weekly, it's not too far from my primary home . im a first time investor, is it ok to DM the listing to see if I'm missing something?

i have seen many do very well getting on a team.Myself personally I would concentrate on listings 1000%  Buyers only if well knownand wont waste your time. 

You will have some tough time with what you are telling us, but there is always a way.Rent for a short time would be another good strategy as well.
