Hello everyone in the BP world. I live outside of Charlotte in a small town called Denver (of the East). I am currently self employed as a GC with my own company: Carolina Premier Homes. We have been in Business since 2000, survived the 2008 collapse. I am currently looking to build a spec home and use my equity to help finance the build.
