The best area really depends on your goals—whether you’re looking for steady year-round bookings, high seasonal demand, or strong appreciation.

Does anyone recommend knowledge sources on building a mobile home parks (websites, books, organizations, plans, etc..). 

I have been listening to the Bigger Pockets podcast for years ever since I was in High school I have read a few of the classic real estate books.

AirDNA only know whether a night is open or booked. 

I looked at their booking calendar one time and thought it was pretty empty.I guess you don't know until you try...and probably depends on if you want high occupancy or high rate?

@Zach Howard I am working on a how-to book on Creative Financing now (I am the author of BP's book on Mid Term Rentals) because when I was teaching myself I was frustrated at the lack of clear instruction.

The booking payout was for $1495.00. 

Ben Franklin used similar advice to turn an enemy into a friend (although his was asking to borrow a book).There are some caveats here, you cannot be wasting time thus you need to demonstrate that you are taking action.
