The big dream: Aspirations of a young man.

I have always dreamed of owning and operating multifamily rental properties ever since I was a little kid.
My mom has been in realestate ever since I could remember, everything from being a realtor, fix and flips, buy and holds, and long term rentals. When i was younger I used to help her with renovations on some of these properties.

I asked her about 2 years ago why she never went multifamily and she said that she was afraid of stepping out of her comfort zone and wanted to stick with what she had known and done forever. Ever since that conversation I went on a deep dive of research and studying to figure out how to accomplish these wild ambitions of mine.

She helped me get my first property when I was 24 years old, which we ended up selling after a few years and using the revenue to purchase another property. A House hack / Pad Split property in Las Vegas, Nevada. I am currently operating this investment from the inside while living in the master, and renting out the other rooms.

I would like to learn more about analyzing realestate deals, learning more about finding investors, structuring opportunites for other and myself to invest into.

Does anyone have any sugguestions on books to read, or people that I can talk to regarding some of these topics? I have never been shy of facing challenges and I truly believe knowledge is power (something my grandfather taught me at a young age)
I really want to learn everything there is to learn about realestate and am driven and hungry.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions or recommendations.
