I am married to a beautiful wife of soon to be 7 years and we have an incredible son who will be 4 in April (FYI - we actually share the same birthday)I am currently in the soft tissue/rehab world (people not houses) and work at a chiropractic office.I am honestly getting into Realestate investing to achieve TRUE financial freedom for me and my family.

I also like to call and text on birthdays, holidays, and rental/sale anniversaries.I use Follow-up boss which is great.

For the Napa project it was just being interested in the area for all the right personal enjoyment reasons but wrong investment reasons. hahaWe were looking up there for a retirement home after spending many weekends up there for anniversary's, birthdays, etc. 

I might get him a mop, bucket, and bottle of KrudKutter for his birthday, even he says his birthday isn't for 6 more months, I would say, you can have the supplies anyway....maybe he will get the hint.

I recently booked a vacation rental in Nashville for my wife’s birthday this year.

Hello everyone, I'm new here and today is my birthday and look where I am, BigggrPockets because I'm determined to become a successful real estate investor one day (best if sooner than later :-) while being a single mom and working a "9-5"  (more like 8-7pm which is why I'm looking to change that with real estate) and I think you guys are great, so thank you in advance for your help.    

For me, my goal is to have 30 doors by the time I hit my 30th birthday and with my current portfolio, it is looking like I need to acquire 4 doors per year for the next 6 years.

Yellow letters, post cards, offer letters, birthday card style, etc... when you get to a point in your business where you start spending consistent money on advertising you need to dedicate some time to understanding at least basic marketing/branding fundamentals.

@Andrea Cole I’m on the consumer side in this scenario: we were planning a quick trip next week for my wife’s birthday, with my parents and her mother (who are high risk due to their age) flying in to meet us.
