Contractor did review with tenant all machines and chemicals that were being utilized to kill and remove mildew/mold and I did not hear any concerns there.

It's just unfortunate.I apologize for being a bit harsh when you are already feeling stressed, but you need to change this attitude that she is a "good person". 

I know it sounds harsh but I try not to waste their time if I can avoid it as much as possible.
