Subject: Land Acquisition/Ground Lease

Hello, my name is Anthony Holman here in Orange, Texas. And here in Orange Tx. We're in a big demand for housing, mostly due to the Hurricane Harvey in 2017. But The City is growing really fast with the growth of Refineries and Chemical Plants being built and expanding. I have 10.5 acres of Commercial property in the middle of Orange, Texas that’s in walking distance of restaurants and grocery stores etc. It's an old Elementary School which means, all the utilities are already in place, such as the Water, gas, and sewer etc. I'm looking for Multifamily Developers / Apartment Developers or Investors, who would like to build on the property, and have the City of Orange, Texas on your side to assist in a new project. Maybe a complete subdivision or Some Apartments or Town Homes etc. I’m open to any suggestions.
