dent/crack on fridge bottom.and they put up a temperary fence for their dog, which destroyed the new grass.

I have a few outlets nor working and my fridge isn’t.

One thing that I've tried is stocking my fridge with Gatorade, water and some snacks.

Nothing fancy (mini-fridge, closet, desk, chair, bed) in each room.

(Except for maybe laundry, depending on where it is.)If you can find a good spot for it, you can squeeze a fridge, microwave, and toaster oven in to the basement and that suffices for a lot of people -- Airbnb/short-term rental guests for sure, and even many medium-term like tenants.

This morning I removed a fridge from my househack.

If I have an issue on the property and they are requesting to be reimbursed due to damaged property, the thousand dollars in steaks every tenant has when the fridge goes out, or there is a disaster and the home is not habitable and they are wanting hotel accommodation I just remind them to contact their required insurer.
