Hey Clay,In my experience buying residential portfolios are more expensive then buying individual properties.

It's also very had to correct this type of thing on a mobile device, like my tablet.

The only reason we ever stop shooting is that it's too dark or we have run out of clay pigeons.

how do you guys access files, sign documents, do calculations, etc... Please include software or apps that make life easier on us. Thanks
