New member from Indiana with interest in Chicago investments

Hi Everyone!

I reside in Indiana, but I used to live in Chicago and have several investment properties there, as well as a couple in Orlando, Florida.  I would like to invest more in Chicago, but as the market has improved over the years, finding properties where the numbers work is becoming more difficult.  I have been looking at more up and coming areas and considering multi-family units.  Since we do not live in Chicago, major renovation is probably not that feasible at this time, but I have thought about units needing some cosmetic improvements.  Looking forward to being involved in this community!
