Charity

If you gift it to a charity, there are no taxes due to the IRS, so the full amount in your account goes to the charity. 

Run it like a business or you'll end up needing charity. 

On a quick read, it sounds like half your family wants to run the property like a charity, and the other half (yours) does not.If were in your position, I would either want to buy the other side out, or get bought out.

Let them pay over time if necessary, or get a charity to bail them out. 

I want to be cognizant of everyone's situation, but I'm also not doing this for charity. 

That way, you can pay a ridiculous amount of money to your county and state governments as well as to the lending institution that holds your mortgage...and none of that money will go to the Federal Government (plus, you'll get big deductions).Oh, and let me recommend donating the rest of your income to charity...that way you can avoid owing the Feds anything...

The knowledge freely given here is extremely valuable and takes time and is worth it's weight in gold.That being said, there's a million charities out there that could use your money and time to make a difference, so find something you're passionate about and get to work :)

You can try looking and advertising on Local department health offices, Charity organizations, or even try hospitals and some rehabilitation centers.

I found website like eplane.com  has some floor planes. but which model you think would fit. on other word, what are the charities will dominate the floor plane for those lot.
