Hi Everyone! 

My name Joseph and I am 22 years old and fresh out of college with a degree in finance. I have a full-time job but I am trying to eventually transition into full time real estate investing. I have very little capital built up so I am naturally drawn to Wholesaling as a good way to get my feet wet although almost every aspect of REI interests me!

I am so excited to be a part of BP and I am working my way through all the great tools that are available! This is such a great and encouraging community to be a part of.
