The Tellus app interface is really cool and I like that it has a lot of extra features (like move in and move out reports you can share with tenants with photos in the app).

You can do it manually but I would recommend using an app like dealmachine.

Get on the Home Depot or Lowes app to get prices.As far as contractors its kinda like asking how much does a car cost.

Hi everyone, I am a new landlord and homeowner wondering what the best websites or apps to list your condo for rent are?

If they are both living there and both over 18 they both should be named tenants unless there is some extenuating circumstances you are not sharing, so both should fill out an app and both should provide proof of their individual income.  

And if you have recommendations for software/apps you guys use to manage your properties I'll be happy to check them out.  

Get on all those social media apps.

our app on our car lets us plan those in the flight plan along with the super charger.. takes all of the charge anxiety out of over land trips..
