Hello, My name is Antony F. Munoz from Portland Oregon, and am new to REI. While doing research, It speaks about building a team and how one of the best ways to build a team is through referrals, but how do you get referrals, when you don't know anyone. My question is, what are some of the best ways to network with people in your area? I appreciate every and all responses.

@Antony Munoz also try the local Portland REIA. They are meeting online. Put a post on nextdoor asking for neighbors to meetup and talk re investing. Speak to friends and coworkers that you are starting out and you will be surprised howany already own rentals or have a portfolio. Go out of your comfort zone and the rest will follow
