I got a quote from my boss' agent and it was $2,400 a year and that's after agreeing to mandate no large dogs, no charcoal grills, and that they have to carry renter's insurance, etc..

I had a tenant who "generously" told me (leaving owing me a months rent) that he left me one of those stupid barbecue grills along with a really heavy headboard (no foot board), a large and broken set of bedroom drawers and a TV table also broken down.I was supposed to be grateful that I had to haul this crap to the curb all because it wouldn't fit into his U-Haul.About the only entertainment with all of this is that the rental is in a neighborhood where folks come by and pick up this stuff like vultures picking over dead bodies.

But we make it to Hot Springs at about once a year to have a filet mignon at the Brick House Grill downtown next to the old movie thearer where Maxwell Blade used to do his show.I have recently considered building my own park.

In fact, that house is .7 miles away from very big attractions like Iron Hill brewery, Big Fish Grille, the kids museum,  trampoline park, baseball stadium, Kooma Sushi and many other riverfront attractions.
