Hey there- I am getting rental #2 ready for showing and as I went to re-install this piece of the bathroom vanity, I noticed that one of the two plastic items that secures it in place is damaged.

I'm talking new cabinets, flooring, fixtures, lighting, paint, counter tops, appliances, pool resurfacing, facia repair, exterior paint, new patio deck, the whole nine yards in other words. 

Want to offer 140k to fix issues.Observed the front porch patio is sloping towards the house.

I also have blacktop maintenance for a larger area and a patio area that I hope they can keep picked up themselves. 

Other wise, painting a 1 story could be done in a weekend with a friend,  $300 for brushes, tape, plastic,  and $1200 or so for 30 - 35gallons of paint ( $40 / gallon should be excellent quality ) for 2000 sq feet.
