Current Market prices for rehab items

Houston Rehab/Flippers! I am looking for current market prices per square foot of footprint (ie. 1500 square foot house @ 1.50sf = $2250.00) for the following:

-2-tone paint (1 flat color on walls and ceilings and painted semi gloss trim)

-Exterior trim/soffit painting

-medium grade tile flooring

-medium grade carpet

-medium grade laminate

I know, I know, "market price and medium grade is subject to the contractor" but there are standard rates. I used to run rehabs for a company doing Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac rehabs and we dictated the prices to the contractors, but were able to feed them steady work so they took really low rates. I've been out of the biz for a bit, am in a different region, and am not in that kind of set up anymore so i am looking for your market expertise to help guide me. Any help is appreciated! As a thank you, anyone who can offer a price for my rehab estimator, I will share an excel copy of what I use to track costs. :) Thanks in advance folks!!
