It's a flood light mounted and maintained by the city on a power line pole. 

The job is fairly straight forward its a double vanity top and the surface mount bowl sinks are already on the jobsite.

I am selling so I am going manufactured slab counters with under mount sink and the best price I have found is $46 3cm with $150 for sink and sink install...so my 51/2 foot vanity (from 1976) is getting a $765 countertop.

They're mounted near the ceiling so won't interfere with furniture placement.

You will have to find other homeowners who want the neighborhood to look decent, wait until it's time for the next board election, mount a big effort to go around the neighborhood and collect proxies and get yourself elected to the board.

Was this preventable in how I mounted it (did I use the wrong size anchors or should I have used more brackets?)
