North West Suburb Flippers
I'm newer to Investing, but not exactly zero experience. I had done a live in flip in upstate New York. I did some direct mail marketing to estate sales. I'm now in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago, and remarried with a job downtown. I'm considering trying another direct mail marketing campaign and trying to flip. I'm wondering if there's any flippers in the NW burbs, like Arlington Heights, Palatine, Mount Prospect areas?
Everyone seems to be talking about how tight the MLS is, so I'm wondering if rehabbers in those areas are mostly doing REO? getting from wholesalers? How are flippers in those areas finding their deals?
If any flippers in those areas are interested in network, I'd love to meet up sometime too.

Auctions. And those margins are better, but are still very tight.
Let's meet up.
