@White KandlezIf you have don't have ownership rights on the property, I am not sure if you can have the property listed on MLS through realtor for sale without the consent of the owner on records.

when i do the whole hog rehab I do it to make larger profit. usually i rather do rehabs that do not involved the local authorities, permits and consents. these take longer and cost more.
