I did read through, and it appears this was from earlier this summer when the program was announced, and that it may not be available everywhere...you know, the "fine print." 

The meetings officially start at 6:45pm and in the beginning of each meeting they allow for a sort of "open mic" period where anyone can speak to announce properties they have to sell, what they are looking to buy, or just give an example of a recent deal they have done.

I am ready to get on Channel 5 news and announce this deal for anyone that is how frustrated I am.
