Hi, my name is Chace Mott. I'm new to real estate investing. I've been extremely inspired by the podcast, as well as the books recommended in them. I can not thank the active members of this community enough. You all have light a hell of a fire in me.  I've just been pre approved and will soon begin searching for my first investment property.

I'm looking to buy and hold small multifamily

A couple of my apprehensions are knowing I have the right lender, and realtor.

I  would appreciate any advice.

Something I would do is talk with multiple realtors and mortgage brokers. When you find a few that you feel good about, do some research on them to find who fits your needs best.
