FHA just lowered MI - Good News for all selling to the FHA market!

Hi BP,

President Obama was in Phoenix earlier this month and announced that mortgage insurance on FHA loans is being reduced by 1/2% from 1.35% to .85%. Borrowers using an FHA loan can either keep more money in their pockets or buy more home. It's also a good time to discuss refinancing if you have an FHA loan. I'm not a loan officer but I think this is good information for investors to be aware of. Click here to see my blog post on the topic.

Happy Investing!
