Gary Keller likes to add scripts and role-play, but some people think you can get lost in that and use it to hide from real business.The thing to remember is that if you don't have any now business, your entire job is to find leads and follow up with them with some sort of system.

I had set a similar goal of cash flow from real estate, then made my goals even more lofty after reading Gary Keller's Millionaire Real Estate Investor.There's a local real estate investor's networking group call the RING that usually meets once a month on the second Tuesday of every month, although in-person meetings have been on hold because of the pandemic.
