New member introduction
Hey guys, my name is Chris Hamburger... yes, just like the sandwich 🥪. Im new to real estate investing. Surprise! Unless you read the title. Anyway, I live in Baton rouge and have been trying to figure out what I can do to make passive income before I even knew what that was. My mom was a REA for years, even so, it held very little interest to me. I decided to look up real estate as a form of investing and haven't looked back! I haven't made any purchases yet, but am beginning to network and am soaking up all the information and knowledge I can through this site, books, the podcast and more.
My goal is to own enough buy and hold properties and break free from working for money and having enough cashflow for my wife and I to live on and leave to our children. The number goal is to eventually have annual cashflow of $125k. Lofty? Yes, and I cant wait.
