Seems to me his tail is flapping in the wind as to a predatory sale if not fraud.

@Scott Schultz  agree with you .. dont want the 1031 tail to  wag the dog..I have been selling and paying the cap gains since they are historically low so now my funds are not locked up for ever in physical real estate..
