Foundation engineer did a check and said he had concern of central slab dips two inches and lots patch on perimeter brick.

As you scale you don't want a lot of different colors you have to keep up with and I like the ease of going room to room with an edging brush and 18 inch roller laying it on and getting out quick. 

If we could fly the drone today there would be 3 to 4 inchs of snow and 1 inch of ICE..  

Hi Chris, we had about 20 inches last week and are expecting 8 more tomorrow.

Even the ceilings are six inches of poured concrete and wire mesh.

I'm so grateful to have found this forum :)I actually found this from searching every square inch of Zillow this week; but upon further inspection it looks like this might have been an exciting, hopeful false alarm :(Zillow has it listed as a duplex.

I'm currently thinking of doing the following (left to right):12 inch cabinet (with countertop) - 23 inch sink - 24 inch dishwasher (with countertop) - 3 inch filler (with countertop) - 24 inch stove.In terms of cabinets, I understand that stock cabinets are cheaper so trying to stick to them.

but my subs on our new builds only missed one day.. as that project did not get it as bad as us we had 3 inchs of ice over an inch of snow..  

The shower measures 34 inches on the back wall. 

Problem is, in the Spring and when it rains hard, the basement has standing water(only maybe an inch in the deepest spots).
