If she's not communicating with the potential buyers to raise their offers and with you about which offer is better (which is clearly the one that gives you more money, so unless the house is selling for more than $1.4 million, the first one) then fire her and/or complain to her broker.Now maybe she's new at this and deserves the benefit of the doubt.

With the eviction order in hand, the seller doesn't have to communicate the property was sold and can continue the process without me restarting the process, though my attorney said I could do a 'substitution of plaintiff" if I wanted.

I'm thinking about moving from the current property manager due to various issues with transfer of rent and lack of communication so this would likely involve some work in dealing with the current tenants and getting keys from the current property manager.I would very much appreciate any recommendation.
