Property manager recommendation in Philadelphia

Hi,

I'm looking for a good property manager for four properties in Philadelphia (zip codes are 19139, 19143 and 19140). I'm thinking about moving from the current property manager due to various issues with transfer of rent and lack of communication so this would likely involve some work in dealing with the current tenants and getting keys from the current property manager.

@Chris K. - I did speak to Joe White but unfortunately he doesn’t take properties in my area and he didn’t have any other recommendations. Thanks anyway!
