VCT's are awesome...i use them in my lower income rentals...if they get dirty, you can buff them and they look like new...they're industrial strength...the biggest is when you lay them down to have the surface properly ready for the glue...as long as you get a good adhesive going, they're easy to install and last

Agree with Greg and Nick on Probates.I do send an initial letter stating what I can do for them if the estate contains a qualified property, And then I tell them to keep it in their file in the event I can help them solve a potential problem that hasn't surfaced yet.And then I wait for 6 months or probate to close before I try again.

I have hired a service that removes roof stains, first with a bleach solution then a LOW pressure sprayer - slowly over the roof surface - which makes the roof look like new.
